Friday: Breakfast-Yogurt Lunch-Protein Shake Dinner-Stir fried vegetables and rice Saturday: Breakfast-spinach and artichoke souffle (Penera Bread) Lunch-Hummus and Ritz baked crackers Dinner-Mixed vegetables and rice, and hot and sour soup
